CeO_2修饰的Cu/AC催化丙三醇转化制乳酸的研究

Abstract采用等体积浸渍法制备CeO_2修饰的Cu/AC催化剂,利用N2物理吸附、X射线粉末衍射和H_2程序升温还原等表征手段对Cu基催化剂进行表征。结果表明,Cu基催化剂的主要活性组分为Cu纳米粒子;此外,CeO_2和Cu之间有着较强的相互作用。在N2气氛下,以KOH为碱性添加剂,考察了Cu基催化剂在丙三醇水相催化转化制乳酸反应中的催化性能。结果表明,以CeO_2修饰Cu/AC可显著提高催化剂的催化性能。同时考察了反应温度和反应时间对Cu-CeO_2/AC催化剂催化性能的影响。以Cu-CeO_2/AC-0.3为催化剂,在220℃下反应4h,丙三醇转化率为100%,乳酸选择性达85.7%。
