Other Abstract | 以甘蔗渣高温液态水水解液为原料,在研究7种树脂吸附对水解液中杂质去除率及低聚木糖收率影响的基础上,选择效果较好的ZGA451FD树脂进行低聚木糖的分离纯化研究。研究结果表明:最优条件为50℃,水解液与ZGA451FD树脂添加质量比为4,吸附时间60min,对甲酸、乙酸、糠醛和甘醇酸、葡萄糖醛酸的去除率分别为100%、77%、40%、7.6%,低聚糖回收率可达88%。 |
