| Other Abstract | 本文应用最大剪应力强度理论对Φ32x3、充液量为20％的热管这一受压元件进行了力学分析和强度计算。指出热管内部工质温度超过350℃后，由内部蒸汽压力引起的最大剪应力将超出热管材料的基本许用剪应力，热管处于不安全状态并可能发生塑性变形，当温度达到410℃左右时，热管所受的最大剪应力已达到材料破坏的极限，热管将爆裂.本文提出了采用精确控制热管工质充装量以延缓热管超温爆裂的新方法，并进行了具体分析计算，显示该方法的可行性. |
