| Other Abstract | 热管蒸汽发生器可以产生更高参数的饱和蒸汽,预计其压力可以提高到2.6MPa 或3.9MPa。作为第一步尝试,我们设计制造了一台蒸汽压力为1 MPa,产汽量约8～10 吨/时的热管蒸汽发生器,用于昆明钢铁厂的锅炉上,解决了该厂燃煤锅炉改烧低热值混合煤气的难题,为锅炉改造提供了一种新的技术模式。该蒸汽发生器已顺利运行了一年多了,证明提高蒸汽压力是可行的。 |
