Other Abstract	振荡浮子能装置是一种用浮子将波浪能转换成机械能,再通过机械或液压装置驱动电机发电的波能装置.与振荡水柱波能装置相比,振荡浮子装置具有同样的一级转换效率,但却有高得多的二级转换效率.另外,振荡浮子装置无需建造气室,施工难度远小于振荡水柱装置.本文对振荡浮子装置做了初步设计,并通过造波水槽对装置做了试验.试验表明,装置的转换效率较高,是有发展前途的波能装置.
