| Other Abstract | 在地球上矿物能源日益短缺的今天，天然气水合物将为人类提供替代性新能源带来新的希望。那么，如何开发天然气水合物，使之成为真正的后续能源?我国从20世纪90年代初才开始天然气水合物研究和开发，比美、日等发达国家晚了近20年，研究力量比较分散，缺乏学科交叉。如何尽快缩短我国与国际先进国家的差距?笔者认为要认真对待和考虑解决如下问题：充分认识天然气水合物的本质和意义；天然气水合物研究领域；科学评价我国天然气水合物资源量；积极开发自主知识产权的开采技术。 |
