Other Abstract	本研究以Zymomonas mobilis作为酒精生产菌,在葡萄糖浓度分别为5﹪,7.5﹪,10﹪(w/v)的培养基中,分别在25℃,30℃,35℃的温度下进行乙醇发酵.实验结果表明,25℃时可达到最大的乙醇产率0.49g乙醇/g葡萄糖.氧对Zymomonas mobilis酒精发酵有抑制作用.以海藻酸钙小球为载体固定化Zymomonas mobilis在10﹪葡萄糖培养基中多批次半连续发酵,可在8h内使乙醇产率系数接近0.50.
