| Other Abstract | 循环流化床生物质气化装置，属于一种热解气化装置。包括一个长直筒形流化床气化炉，一个由原料仓、下料直管和加料器构成的进料装置，旋风分离器以及由炭贮槽、循环管和回流Ｌ阀构成的循环回流装置。本实用新型利用细颗粒生物质物料如木粉、木屑或稻壳或破碎的其它生物质物料在流化床气化炉中被快速流化，经过气化反应生成的气体燃料可用于工业烧锅，与煤共烧等，也可用作生活用煤气等。达到既可废物利用，保护环境，又能获得再生能源的目的，本装置工作稳定，有效高气化效率，推广应用价值较高。 |
