| Other Abstract | 一种前置人字百叶惯性除尘器，其结构包括壳体、灰斗、进口烟道、出口烟道等，在除尘器的烟气流道中设置人字百叶挡板组，人字百叶挡板组中均匀布列多个人字百叶挡板，在人字百叶挡板组之前还设有竖向导流板。本实用新型具有高效、低阻、体积小的特点，在处理气体量为（１０～１００）×１０4m3/h，粉尘粒径为d＝２０～５０μm时，除尘效率η＝６５～８０％，其气流均匀性良好，可直接做为大型多管除尘器、电除尘器、袋式除尘器的前置除尘器。 |
