| Other Abstract | 多功能高效自动电饭锅具有自动电饭锅、电火锅、电子瓦锅和无线保暖盘四种功能，它主要由电热元件、储能元件、保温层、温控器、限温器等组成，储能元件是采用热容大和相变潜热大的硝酸锂（ＬｉＮＯ３），或氢氧化钠（ＮａＯＨ），或氢氧化锂（ＬｉＯＨ），或铝及其熔点为３６０～６００℃范围的铝合金制成，将电热元件浇注在储能元件内。由于应用了储能和保温技术，合理有效地利用了能量，因此具有较高的热效率，可达７５～９０％，此普通电饭锅、电火锅、保暖盘和电子瓦锅可节能（电）１０～３０％以上。 |
