| Other Abstract | 本发明提供了一种彩色二氧化钒热色玻璃的制备方法。依次包括如下步骤：(a)将玻璃 衬底洗净并吹干；(b)将玻璃衬底放入薄膜沉积室，加热至400～600℃；(c)通入工作气体； (d)采用磁控溅射制备工艺制备二氧化钒热色层；(e)采用磁控溅射制备工艺制备二氧化钛 干涉层，并精确控制干涉层的膜层厚度以得到不同颜色的二氧化钒热色玻璃。本发明通过膜 层厚度的精确控制，可使玻璃反射颜色呈现为粉红色、蓝色、淡绿色、金黄色等颜色。这些 颜色可使二氧化钒热色玻璃除了具有高效节能的功能外，还有一定的装饰效果，更易为用户 所接 |
