| Other Abstract | 本发明提供了一种湿法烟气脱硫工艺，可以处理含硫燃料燃烧后烟气中的酸性气体(SO2)，其原理是通过碱性脱硫剂溶液与烟气中的二氧化硫反应，达到净化烟气的目的，脱硫剂为可再生循环利用的亚硫酸钠溶液。本工艺也可采用纯碱(Na2CO3)为初始吸收液，吸收液在吸收塔内与二氧化硫后反应生成亚硫酸钠溶液，亚硫酸钠近一步吸收二氧化硫生成亚硫酸氢钠。在吸收塔外面设有吸收剂再生装置，需再生的吸收液与一定浓度的石灰乳反应产生亚硫酸钠，从而实现脱硫剂再生循环利用。工 |
