| Other Abstract | 空冷式煤粉低尘液排渣燃烧器，本发明的结构特点是沿燃烧室的周壁设置有作为氧化剂的二次风预热通道，并使二次风从燃烧室进口端面的环形轴流叶栅导入燃烧室，在燃烧室内形成环形旋流；在燃烧室筒壁尾部的下侧壁设置出渣口，该出渣口的方向与燃烧室的中垂线成3°～85°的倾角α，出渣口下接带有水封结构的灰渣回收室。本发明较好地解决了现有液排渣燃烧器存在的排渣问题，为一种燃烧稳定、灰渣捕集率高、顺利排渣及满足工业用的洁净烟气的燃烧器。 |
