| Other Abstract | 本发明提供一种用于热交换的耐酸腐蚀搪瓷热管元件，其结构包括受热段和冷却段，受热段和冷却段之间有一密封安装体，其受热段和冷却段外壁具有翅片，管内有工作液体，热管的基体材质为碳钢，在受热段换热面上具有一层搪瓷层。本发明的热管的耐酸腐蚀性能不但大大优于传统的碳钢基体热管，甚至优于不锈钢基体的热管，其成本却比不锈钢基体的热管低廉得多，使用本发明的热管元件的换热器使用寿命长，能够适应多种工况条件下使用，具有很好的性能价格比。 |
