Abstract本文叙述了在储热体上表面自然散热条件下,对其相变介质的固化过程进行的理论和实验研究结果。理论上考虑液相中自然对流的影响,建立温度、旋涡度等控制方程,同时还讨论了传导作为唯一传热方式的热模型。在数值求解过程中,采用固定界面的方法,交替隐式格式求解各相数值方程,显示求解界面能量方程,得到固化过程中液相区域的流函数图线、固液两相温度分布以及界面运动规律。实验研究工作通过测量固化过程的温度变化来进行,并将实验数据和理论结果进行比较。
Other AbstractThis paper presents theoretic and experimental research results of the solidification process of phase-change medium in a heat storage body under natural convection on top surface. The effects of natural convection in the melt have been studied in theory. The governing equations are written for the temperatures and vorticity. Consideration is also given to the situation where condition is the sole heat transfor mechanism. A method associated with the immobilization of the moving boundary has been used in this numerical studies. The coupled equations have been solved with the aid of the Alternating Direction Implicit finite difference method, except the energy equation at the interface by a explicit treatment. The steamline patterns in the melt, the temperature distribution in the melt and the solid, and the movement of the interface in solidication process are shown. Experiments are carried out through the measurements of temperatures during solidification. The measured data is compared with the predicted data.
