Other Abstract针对生物油中酸含量高、易腐蚀反应器、加氢反应催化剂易中毒等问题,首先采用碳酸盐(Na2CO3、CaCO3)中和的方法对生物油进行预处理,研究Raney-Ni催化剂上预处理后的生物油催化加氢提质特性。采用N2吸附脱附、XRD等技术对自制Raney—Ni进行表征。预处理生物油催化加氢结果表明:生物油酸含量明显降低,Na2c03中和后的生物油酸含量由原油的42.19%降低至6.86%;经加氢反应后,饱和醇选择性可达90.02%。但经碳酸盐中和的生物油催化加氢产物稳定性差,金属离子的残留导致改质后生物油灰分增大。
