Other Abstract | 采用水热合成法制备了CoAPO-5和CoSAPO-5分子筛,并对其进行XRD、SEM、XRF、NH3-TPD、UV-Vis DRS表征,考察了金属添加量对其晶体形貌、结晶度、酸性和氧化性的影响。结果表明,Co以同晶取代分子筛骨架Al的方式进入其中,Co/Al摩尔比较低时,制备得到的分子筛为纯相晶体,具有典型的AFI形貌特征,Co/Al摩尔比为0.15时出现CHA杂晶;制备过程中加入少量Si可促进更多的Co进入分子筛骨架。金属杂化AFI型分子筛具有2种酸中心,Co添加量相同时,CoSAPO-5分子筛的酸性位 |
