Other Abstract | 目的建立牛乳中诺氟沙星(norfloxacin,NRF)的钇(Ⅲ)离子荧光增敏检测法。方法向牛乳样品中加入Tris-HCl缓冲液(p H 6.2)1.2 ml,以钇(Ⅲ)离子为增敏剂,室温反应10 min后,在激发波长275 nm、发射波长429 nm处进行荧光测定。结果在0.005 1~5.64μmol/L的线性范围内,该方法所得NRF的回归方程为ΔF=87.1c+19.3,r=0.999 3。该方法的检出限为1.52×10-9 mol/L,回收率为98.4%~102.7%,RSD为3.6%~ |
