Other Abstract	按广式腊肠生力工艺及传热机理，研究出混合流三段干燥技术的蒸汽隧道窑生产性系统。本文介绍了系统的工作原理，结构及生产结果，成品肠质量达到一级或特级标准，干燥时间比电红外线厢型畜缩短24～31%，出品率提高1～3%，每公斤产品平均耗柴油0.35kg，耗电0.95kg度，与原电红外涌型比较，可节约干燥费0.6元／kg肠，按年产800吨计可节约能耗费用48万元。
